AS Medya CRM & AI distributes leads coming from Facebook and Instagram to your team instantly, builds automated WhatsApp messaging flows, and fits into your existing workflow through Google Sheets and Google Calendar integrations. It is offered to businesses based in Türkiye with a Turkish-language interface and local support.

Meta Lead Ads → CRM
Every lead from your Facebook and Instagram ad forms is assigned to your sales team instantly, according to your weighted routing rules. Mapping form answers to CRM columns is fully customisable.
WhatsApp & social inbox
Your staff's WhatsApp lines and your Instagram/Facebook DMs merge into a single dashboard; the AI assistant answers in the customer's language and collects the lead's details.
CRM — Kanban · List · Calendar
Every lead becomes a card and is dragged between stages. Notes, activity history and appointments stay inside the card; duplicate records are caught automatically.
Follow-up flows & bulk messaging
Up to 10 automated follow-up steps — the flow stops itself once the customer replies. Ban-safe bulk campaigns run with a human-like sending rhythm.
Google Sheets integration
New and past leads are automatically appended as new rows at the end of the Sheet you select through Google Picker. Column mapping, fixed values and Meta details (campaign, ad set, etc.) are configurable.
Google Calendar integration
Your sales team can schedule a follow-up meeting, phone call or reminder for each lead. Events are written to the user's primary Google Calendar and can be updated or deleted from the dashboard.
Why do we request access to your Google account?
When you connect your Google account, we request only the permissions below, and only to provide the core functionality of our application. Your data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.
Google Sheets — spreadsheets
So that new leads from Meta Lead Ads can be added as new rows to the Google Sheet you select. Only the added rows are written; your existing data is not read, modified or deleted.
Google Calendar — calendar
So that we can write your sales follow-up events (meetings, phone calls, reminders) to Google Calendar and update them from the dashboard. Only events created through our application are read and displayed.
Google Drive — drive.file
So that we can access the Sheet file you select through Google Picker. We have no access to the other files in your Drive; access is limited to the files you explicitly select.
Account identity — openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile
To display, in our dashboard, the email address and profile information of the Google account you connect. It is not used for any other purpose.
You can disconnect at any time
You can remove your Google connection with the "Disconnect" button on the Accounts page. This permanently deletes all of your Google tokens from our application. For more detailed information, see our Privacy Policy.
